Process Mining Dashboard
Data in. Clarity out.
An interactive dashboard that turns raw event logs into a visual process map. Applied it to a customer-support ticket queue to uncover bottlenecks and rework loops that weren't visible from the raw timestamps alone.

A quiet little automation that watches a marketplace for the listings everyone else scrolls past, and keeps its own private log of what it finds. Some projects are more fun left vague.
